| It is true that there is no royal road for anyone of us except to those people who are living comfortably from the start like those who are in the royal blood and those who were born with a golden spoon in their mouth. Progression is what we want in our life. We cannot settle in the mediocre level. Those who wish to do so will never have the chance to feel and to know the meaning of the word achievement. You may have achieved some minor things in life but when it comes to professional world, PMP prep is not just important but a must for all. This is the measurement of your personality and your ethic towards work. You can’t learn or gain it alone from CAPM online course. Technically, this would only serve as your passport for rank and file positions at the beginning of your journey in the company. Nonetheless, at the start, you will enjoy your first salary after working in a specific period. However, as you grow older and get mature, you would long and demand for increase. Of course, if you have done your best to have an approval of salary based on your performance, then you can earn that. Hence, it’s different if you have taken an online PMP. This will allow you to get professional certification that you are qualified to get better compensation and that is possible if you would have higher position. We are all aware of the graded rate for each position starting from the entry level up to the higher level, which is part of the managerial job, executives, supervisors, and other higher position for each department. This is the fair square treatment for all, that there is no VIP treatments to any individual where everyone is being given an equal opportunity based on the credentials given. You can’t even get jealous and have negative or ill feelings against your co-worker who have acquired the position higher than yours. If we are aware and familiar with this saying that “love begets love” and so with our performances, we can’t reap blessings and opportunities if we did not make any effort to reap them. We have to sow them first before we could reap them. In order for you to reap them, you have to start from the first step; you have to take online PDUs before make certification for PMP. It is a requirement just like CAPM exam prep, which is being asked before you apply for a position for the company or before you do your job hunting. Just be patient because since all of which are being offered, took, and learned online then you don’t need to be hard on yourself but you just need to spare some time. The chance for a career growth must not be taken lightly. You don’t need people to back you up just to ensure better position in your work.
